🟦 1. Return Eligibility
A return request will be accepted only if:
- The product is originally supplied by WTB BUSINESS (our product only)
- An original invoice bill is provided
- Warranty card is included (if applicable)
Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product received in damaged condition
- Manufacturing defect
- Product does not match the description
🟦 2. Return Window
Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the order.
Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.
🟦 3. Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Have original packaging intact
- Include all accessories, manuals, invoice & warranty card
- Have intact serial numbers/labels
Products damaged after installation will not be eligible for return.
🟦 4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Custom-made products
- Imported items specially sourced for the customer
- Electronic components once installed
- Industrial spare parts for machine repair
- Clearance or discounted items
🟦 5. Replacement & Refund Process
✔ Replacement
If the same product is in stock, we will provide a replacement.
If unavailable, an alternative solution will be suggested.
✔ Refund
Refund will be processed only after:
- The returned product is received at our warehouse
- Inspection is completed and approved
After approval, refunds take 5–7 business days to reflect in your original payment mode.
🟦 6. Return Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to WTB BUSINESS error (wrong or defective product), shipping is FREE.
- If the return is due to customer mistake or wrong order, return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
🟦 7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
If dispatched, cancellation will not be possible (return policy will apply).
