1. Maximum operating pressure: 50.0MPa
The maximum operating pressure is up to 50.0MPa (iron) and 42.0MPa (SUS) (depending on material and size).
Ideal for hydraulic fluids in construction machinery, high viscosity fluids such as urethane foam and paint in automobile manufacturing lines, water pressure in high-pressure water cleaning, and ink in printing equipment.
2. Sizes available up to 2 inches
Sizes range from 1/4 to 2 inches.
3. Full bore structure with no permanent pressure loss
Aimed at high pressure use, a full bore structure is used that eliminates permanent pressure loss in the piping (some parts are reduced bore).
4. Can be used as an automatic valve
When combined with a pneumatic or electric actuator, it can be used as an automatic valve and is compatible with special fluids.
5. Various options available
Limit switches, locking mechanisms and explosion-proof specifications are available as options.
