Returns and refunds
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery before returning an item. Incorrect, damaged or defective items should be reported within 48 hours with photographs and order details.
Special-import, made-to-order, configured, installed or opened electrical/electronic products may not be returnable unless defective or incorrectly supplied. Approved returns must be unused and in their original packaging.
Eligible refunds are processed after inspection. Shipping, customs and handling charges may be non-refundable unless the error was ours.
